CSG Talented are proudly working with the leading global provider of solar energy solutions, specialising in research and development, production, sales, and service of photo-voltaic (PV) inverters and energy storage systems. We are currently seeking a Solar Field Service Engineer to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and services to customers on-site and remotely
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with inverters & batteries
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on inverters & batteries
- Keep accurate records of service and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve product performance and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- You must have at least 1 year experience as a Field Service Engineer
- You must have previous/current experience with solar inverters & batteries
- Willingness to travel 3-5 times a week
- Knowledge of electrical safety regulations and practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
