As an experienced recruiter, you will understand the life cycle of the recruitment process and the obstacles along this journey. You will be confident in your ability to wear the many hats that recruiters have to put on, such as building relationships with both clients and candidates, generating candidates and hunting for opportunities.

You would be working closely with high-performing recruiters and take complete ownership of your own vertical markets. You'll be head hunting top talent for both growing and industry leading companies on a global scale, whilst developing new business opportunities and building your network of industry professionals.

  • At least 6+ months permanent recruitment experience.
  • Experience of building long term client and candidate relationships.
  • A positive and motivating attitude to your work life.
  • A desire to be part of a great business.
  • Prior experience of using social media, such as LinkedIn, and job boards
  • An eye for detail, ensuring that all conversations are logged correctly and accurately
  • Experience of working with CRM systems
  • Confident and experienced in objection handling, influencing, negotiating, interviewing, client and candidate relationship building and persuasive writing skills
  • Comfortable speaking to people on the telephone
  • Have an inquisitive manner
  • A desire to be part of a great team and business.
  • Confident in handling multiple projects and requests at any one time
