We are seeking a Sales Manager Life Sciences for the Boston/New England area.. This person will direct the sales of the Company's Life Sciences products. The individual will be responsible for generating sales and achieving forecast, developing new accounts, managing existing customers, and developing promotional activities to achieve profitable growth in the assigned territory.
Responsible for the growth of the Life Science product portfolio within a specified territory.
Candidate must defend, protect, and expand existing business, as well as, identify and convert new business and develop new strategic account customers
Drive revenue of new products
Build strong relationships with key decision makers
Bachelor's degree (B. S. in a Life Science) from a four-year college or university; Masters or PhD is desirable
Two to five years of relevant sales experience in life sciences industry
Intermediate to high level of sales and marketing techniques in a biotech/pharma environment.
Understanding of the bioprocess market (e.g. cell/gene therapy, protein production, vaccine) and it's players.
