Duties/Responsibilities:

Employee shall perform those services customary in a business development and sales roles, including, but not limited to;

  • Developing a network of potential sales leads
  • Creating and delivering presentations and proposals to prospects
  • Participating in tender response document preparation
  • Negotiation of contracts with potential clients
  • Orchestrating, attending and overseeing tours and site visits at various locations primarily in Europe and near-shore sites

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience

  • Should have extensive experience in prospecting & selling to highest level decision makers for customer care outsourcing
  • Strong Knowledge European and Global markets.
  • Should have ability to create and deliver effective presentations
  • Critical thinking, proactive attitude, strong writing and oral communication skills
  • English Language skills, at least one European language if possible
  • Industry and operational knowledge to develop winning solutions
  • Team player
  • Must have a successful sales track record in theCX outsourcing industry linked with being a proven subject matter within one of the following industries;
    • Technology
    • E-commerce and fast growing Companies
    • Media/communications
    • Fin-tech Upper
    • level management experience
