NSW/QLD Service Supervisor - UPS Systems

The Company

They employ close to 100,00 people across 175 countries and are continuously growing due to their strong market presence. They have a number of blue chip clients across a range of industries including manufacturing, energy, telco and many other industries.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a team of technicians across NSW and Queensland.
• Managing the workload of the technicians and providing support on technical issues that may arise.
• Work closely with customers on service matters to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Monitor team performance and provide training as and when required.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth running of service department.

Skills and Experience

• Ideally you will have an Electrical License or Restricted License (other qualifications will also be considered)
• Experience of working on UPS products.
• Previous experience of supervising a team of tradespeople.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Package and Benefits

• $100K -$110K + car + bonus + super
