My client is a leading manufacturer of capital equipment and process system solutions for mineral and aggregate processing and slurry and manure management equipment. With a growing global footprint, they are looking to employ a motivated, successful International Agricultural Sales Manager to be responsible for developing their business in the Global market.

This role may be remote from home in the UK or from an office based in Northern Ireland.

The International Agricultural Sales Manager with direct report to the Business Line Director and will be responsible for:

  • Development of sales strategies to determine the best route into the market in specific regions/industry sectors for example through direct sales or OEM partners.
  • Creation and management of sales budgets.
  • Building relationships to ensure a loyal customer base leading to increased revenue.

Skills and Experience Required for the International Agricultural Sales Manager Role:

  • Experience in the field of sales of large agricultural mechanical-engineered solutions.
  • An aptitude for technical sales.
  • A track record of exceeding sales targets and winning new work.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the UK and Occasionally global territory.
  • Contract negotiation and management experience.
  • One or more European languages would be desirable.
  • Experience of evaluation of tenders, bid preparation and management.
  • Good knowledge of Dairy Farming equipment & attachments.
