I am supporting a global solar business who are seeking an Inside Sales Representative, based in Spain. The role is accountable for proactively approaching customers and providing commercial solutions for their PV needs.
Responsible for proactively obtaining and chasing business leads
Accountable for all inbound sales queries and gaining contact information of potential customers.
Obtain names and contact information of potential customers from sales team, inbound inquiries, and purchased lists
Translate the wishes and expectations of customers into commercial opportunities and up-sell where appropriate
Schedule meetings with potential customers on behalf of the sales team
Maintaining CRM database with leads and follow-up as well as tracking revenue associated with marketing campaigns / leads.
Relevant commercial experience in the solar industry (e.g., Call Agent, Telephone Sales or Customer Service).
The ability to identify and persuade new accounts while preserving existing relationships.
You can function effectively in an entrepreneurial, complex and fast-growing environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
You are a customer-centric and result-oriented professional.
Working with a CRM system is not a challenge for you.
Fluent Spanish speaker with the ability to commute into Valencia.
