This growing business has captured its marketing in creating innovative, sustainable, healthy products across Europe, US, and Asia-Pacific.

As an experienced digital marketer, you will manage a team of 4 covering social media, shopper behaviour, google advertising, paid media, and overall brand awareness.

Amazon is a key focus, and you will work within a growing team dedicated to driving the performance of online sales on Amazon.

Day to day responsibilities will include the build, maintenance, and delivery of a strategic plan; measuring and reporting on key metrics whilst adjusting to change within a given budget. You will need to be in the details of campaigns and CPCs through the life cycle of strategy to budgets based on ROAS.

The Role:

  • Build and maintain PPC campaigns and portfolios for catalogue of brands
  • Audit historical campaign and keyword performance, identifying drivers quickly to increase ROI
  • Create strategic reporting to present weekly to executive team on ROI, budgets, CTR, Impressions and NTB business.
  • Report on DSP campaigns comparing creative data to results in conjunction with AMS.
  • Manage high visibility events, planning operations surrounding traffic and conversion with attention to priorities.
  • Manage reporting on Amazon Brand Stores tracking growth and sales goals by brand
  • Partner with other members of the Amazon Sales team to work towards quick growth drive by data points.

The Person

  • Bachelor's Degree in related business field
  • 2-3 years' experience in a marketing role with exposure to Amazon.
  • Marketing/ad performance background within e-commerce or with digital marketing channels and have experience in working collaboratively with sales, content, and performance specialists to exceed set goals.
  • Understanding of SEO, PPC, CTR and other industry terms
  • Team player and excellent communicator
  • Data driven and analytical
