Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead a small team of Customer Service Officers to achieve sales targets and business goals.
• Develop and foster customer relationships through training and development in the complete customer solutions function.
• Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to ensure competent performance.
• Retain existing customers by maintaining regular contact and building positive relationships.
• Generate new customers by re-engaging dormant or lost customers and identifying new business opportunities.
• Implement pricing strategies and manage customer credit limits to achieve allocated budget and sales targets.
• Effectively communicate with internal staff to ensure satisfactory resolution of customer issues.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service leadership.
• High proficiency in relevant systems (e.g., CRM software, SAP).
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
