- Coordinate and lead a small team of Customer Service Officers to achieve sales targets and business goals.
- Develop and foster customer relationships through training and development in the complete customer solutions function.
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to ensure competent performance.
- Retain existing customers by maintaining regular contact and building positive relationships.
- Generate new customers by re-engaging dormant or lost customers and identifying new business opportunities.
- Implement pricing strategies and manage customer credit limits to achieve allocated budget and sales targets.
- Effectively communicate with internal staff to ensure satisfactory resolution of customer issues.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service leadership.
- High proficiency in relevant systems (e.g., CRM software, SAP).
