Country Manager - Solar PV

Are you a Senior Sales professional with over 10 years' experience within the PV market?

CSG Talent are currently partnered with a leading PV Manufacturer who are seeking an entrepreneurial, results driven and strategic Country Manager for France. As Country Manager, your main responsibility will be to develop and drive the French strategy to ensure the achievement of sales objectives and increase profitability of the company.

Other responsibilities will involve but not be limited to:

• Develop & support new customers (account development, relationship management and lead generation)
• Maintain relationship and increase business activities with existing buying customers
• Frequent benchmarking of our products against competition (both commercially & technically)
• Participating in conferences, fairs, events of solar and photovoltaics associations, etc.
• Providing periodic sales forecast, reports and market research
• Manage team performance, and set team targets and goals

To be considered for the position of Country Manager, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in PV industry
• Experience in managing sales and functional teams in France
• Bachelor degree in technical studies
• Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English and French
