What the role is:

On behalf of the Group, lead and direct in producing best-in class internal and external communications to increase reach and impact.

What we need from you - skill base requirements:

  • Experience
  • Manager level professional with a minimum 2-years' experience in a similar role
  • Promotion and digital distribution of content
  • Email marketing management
  • Webinar and Podcast production
  • Content development and written communication skills
  • CRM experience (Hubspot preferred)

  • Qualifications & Licenses (holding or working towards a distinct advantage)
  • Degree in journalism, English, Public Relations or another relevant field
  • Other appropriate qualifications

Communications Manager

  • Understand each Kingdom service and their individual requirements
  • Develop, write and edit marketing and communications materials
  • Promotion of company content via online and offline media channels
  • Ensure the brand and tone of the group is maintained and at the forefront of external customer facing relations
  • Email marketing campaign management
  • Promotion, management and running of authority led webinars
  • Setting-up, production and distribution of company podcasts
  • Working with partner agencies and suppliers on brand promotion and PR activities
  • Supporting group divisions in maximising event and exhibition opportunities
  • Supporting content production, design and social media activities
  • Work with our sales teams to improve communication channels via group CRM
  • Seek out smarter and better ways of working
