With a degree in Business Management, Chris started his career in the talent search industry back in 2000. Spending a number of years building his experience in Executive Search at a couple of different recruitment agencies, Chris quickly worked his way to Managing Director at Mackenzie Stuart.

Having led the business successfully, in 2011, Chris then took the decision to make the move to Australia where he continued to develop his career at Robert Walters. Three years later in 2014, Chris returned to working with some of his past colleagues in one of CSG’s legacy brands with a remit to grow their APAC office.

Chris has been instrumental to the growth and success of CSG’s Australian division, having started with an office in Sydney, Chris has led the expansion of the team and now CSG has offices across the country all of which fall under his remit. As the Director of the APAC region, Chris manages and develops the Australian team.

Chris’ exceptional leadership skills continue to ensure CSG’s on-going success in the APAC region, with a focus on building strong, long-term partnerships with key clients in the region, delivering on their talent needs across all areas of their business. One of Chris’ key strengths is people development, consistently ensuring clients and candidates have access to some of the best and most highly specialised consultants in the region.
