Andy is a senior headhunter with extensive experience in the Construction & Infrastructure sector. He successfully recruits a wide range of senior roles from Senior/Principal Engineers, Project Engineers, Construction Managers, Project Executives, Directors, MD’s, up to President and Superintendent level.

Andy recruits for a range of clients, most of whom are in North America and vary in size from regional SMEs to organisations who are listed on ENR’s Top 100 contractors list and boast multimillion dollar turnovers.

With a 1st class degree in BSc Sports Therapy, Andy excels in building strong partnerships with his clients. He is committed to understanding exactly what they’re looking for in a new hire, as well as having a deep understanding of the organisations’ company culture and strategic business goals.
