Our client is an Australian manufacturer within the HVACR & Plumbing sector, with a strong brand, market presence, and high-quality product which has secured them major customers and key projects, throughout Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and more!

With a varied route to market and an increased product offering, they have a progressive approach to design and innovation; they are the number one choice for HVACR & Plumbing contractors in the country.

Due to growth in market share and profitability of the business, which has grown year on year, and as a result, they have created a new position, with further plans to expand the team. This expansion of the team could lead to long-term career growth for the successful applicant


We are looking for an energetic and driven personality to help to grow the revenue stream in the key accounts. You will be tasked with nurturing relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients


  • Increase sales of the HVACR & plumbing products in QLD and NT
  • Create and grow customer (Merchants, OEMs) relationships across all product categories
  • Maintain and increase market awareness across Plumbing & HVACR industries
  • Develop and implement a strategic customer account management plan, with a strategy to increase market share within each customer
  • Maintaining a strong & robust pipeline and order forecast

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in managing relationships with plumbing & refrigeration merchants
  • Have a clear understanding of the products and how the industry works
  • Be organized as well as efficient with time management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service relationship skills
  • The successful applicant will be someone with strong commercial acumen who recognizes and acts on opportunities to develop business in a highly competitive environment.
