The Role:

  • Create brand-led demand for the product with HAVC & Plumbing builders & Contractors and then drive sales through reseller partners.
  • Grow sales and retention of Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 HAVC & Plumbing Contractors in all product categories
  • Creation of relationships with contractors, builders, construction companies, and connect with resellers
  • Maintain and increase market awareness across Plumbing & HVAC industries while networking with HCAA, AMCA & AIRAH industry groups.
  • Support HAVC & Plumbing Contractors with technical issues, problems and installations to build trust and loyalty.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A successful track record selling in the HVAC, Plumbing, Refrigeration, Pumps, or Mechanical / Hydraulic sectors
  • Experience working with Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 HAVC & Plumbing Contractors
  • Strong commercial acumen who can increase sales and margin


  • Extremely attractive basic salary $130-$150k basic
