With lots of internal opportunities to relocate overseas within the business, their current BDM is soon flying the NY. And now, they are seeking a Business Development Manager to take over the existing project pipeline and continue to build and develop new opportunities within the Commercial design space.

THE ROLE:

• New Business Development - connecting with Architects & Designers contacts to identify new opportunities

• Prospect, identify, and leverage new and existing customer relationships (existing client portfolio provided)

• Work closely with the End Users to create a unique, custom-made solution.

• Plan, prepare and conduct CPD presentations, lunch and learns, and product presentations to educate Architects, Interior Designers, and End Users.

• Pipeline management of all opportunities, leads, and contacts through CRM

• Collaborate with a well-structured internal support team and work closely with the project coordinator who will oversee a successful implementation

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous sales experience in commercial interior products, specifying products to Architects and Interior designers
• Passionate about Design and Architecture
• The ability to nurture and maintain existing client relationships, while developing new business
• Work collaboratively with clients and employees
