Architect - retail

This is an amazing opportunity for an Architect with strong retail experience to join their team with the possibility of this role being office based, hybrid or fully remote.

This means you don't have to live in or near Detroit as you can be based anywhere in the United States however there maybe some business travel required on an ad-hoc basis as and when a client or site visit is required.

Typical duties include:

• Develop technical designs and edit architectural drawings
• Achieving deadlines and quality parameters all within budget
• Processing permit responses
• Liaise with contractors and sub-contractors etc
• Perform site surveys and site conditions
