ABOUT THE COMPANY

An Australian-owned company that is the leading supplier of fabric/ textiles company within the commercial interiors. They are the only leather company in Australia and New Zealand to have an Australian Eco-label environmental certification for a number of products

ROLE

We are looking for someone that is passionate about the fabric and textiles industry and is driven by a generous commission structure, to be part of a fast-growing business.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintenance of existing accounts and projects
  • Attaining new sales and business in the States of Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania
  • Be able to get quotes out to clients in a prompt and timely manner
  • The client type to be called upon is Architects, Interior designers/decorators, project managers in both the Commercial and high-end residential markets as well as retailers, commercial showrooms, manufacturers, and upholsterers.
  • Weekly reports updated via OneDrive
  • Must be prepared to travel to SA and Tasmania for client meetings
  • Focus on value-based selling

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous sales experience in the A & D and/or Fabric Textiles background
  • Excellent time and relationship management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be able to use own initiative
  • Results orientated
  • Have an excellent business acumen
  • Attention to detail
