3D Concept Design Architect

They are looking for a 3D Concept Design Architect to join an ever growing team with a minimum of 3-10 years experience, who is passionate about design.

• To be based in the Studio 5 days a week.

The job role includes;

• Assist project teams to develop design concepts for
• Assist in the development of architecture design concepts and prepare with the project team documentation for authority submissions, tender and construction
• Coordinate the project team, train and supervise outsourced staff in drawing guidelines,
• Ensure adherence to BIM Standards and project
• Review and summarise all statutory requirements in regards to local authority submissions
• Prepare a list of documents to form the design documentation and working drawings package
• Prepare sketch designs including perspective
• Assist in the coordination of regular internal design reviews and client
• Assist in the preparation of drawing documentation
• Assist in the presentation of the design concept to the client
• Co-ordinate with the sub-consultants
• Coordinate with the project team to prepare tender and construction documentation, including details
• Coordinate with the project team to develop details and cross check with other relevant documents for construction
• Issue information to the contractors in regards to RFI, additional details, site instructions and variations
• To comply with all QHSE Policy, objectives and procedures established in the Integrated Management System, and suggest improvements where required.
• Report all accidents, incident, near misses, no matter how minor, to the QHSE Manager and/or to HR.
