CSG Talent were approached by Trelleborg's newly appointed Managing Director, who required a bespoke recruitment campaign to fill several different positions.

The new MD was running a complete internal restructure, moving the company in a new direction to keep up with the market’s changing priorities. This restructure encompassed the entire business – from Operations to Senior Management – and as such, opened up with it a host of new positions.

The Results

Ensuring that the best talent was sourced for these positions was essential, especially given the senior ranking of each of the roles. It was a difficult recruitment project; most positions had a very small talent pool available, with limited candidates existing who could effectively perform the duties of each position.

One role, for example, had such specific requirements, that only one candidate in the country possessed the necessary combination of skills and experience. CSG was able to find and recommend this candidate, with whom Trelleborg’s owner was so impressed, that he travelled personally to meet them to try and secure them in the role. The candidate went on to accept: CSG was able to source, and place, the perfect candidate for the job.
