Starting his career in recruitment in 2006, Chris initially specialised in recruiting senior level candidates within the Finance industry. In 2009, Chris joined BW Penman (one of CSG’s legacy companies) as a senior consultant within the Energy sector. He progressed within the company thereafter, becoming Business Manager for the Energy sector, before moving to Australia to launch the Sydney office, taking on the role of Regional Director for the APAC region. Now back in the UK, Chris is Sales Director where he is responsible for all teams within the business.

As Sales Director within the business, Chris' role is focused on leading the sales teams in the UK. He has extensive experience across all sectors.
