Ben is an experienced Senior Consultant specialising in the Copper Mining Industry.

Prior to joining the team at CSG Talent, he gained significant experience as a recruiter working within the legal industry. Ben achieved a number of notable successes including placing a senior partner within a leading legal 500 firm.

Bringing his recruitment expertise to CSG Talent, Ben now works with clients globally with a specific focus on Mining and Mineral Processing Equipment, working with a range of organisations from Tier 1 Mining companies to start-ups. Recruiting for a variety of positions including Metallurgists, Multi-discipline Engineers, Product and Sales Managers.
