Olivia is a Senior Researcher in the Life Sciences market. She collaborated with a range of businesses from start-ups and SME’s to large global organisations across the UK, Europe and US. She recruits for a technical and commercial roles in the therapeutics, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals and medical devices space.
Olivia graduated with a BSc in Chemistry and built her experience working in a commercial role for a large Life Science Biotech, where she developed her knowledge and expertise of the industry, allowing her to transition seamlessly into her current role. She is dedicated to sourcing highly skilled candidates and finding roles that are aligned with their long term career goals, values and skillset.
Olivia grew up in France and is bilingual, enabling her to offer valuable insights into what candidates seek in terms of work-life balance, benefits, and understanding cultural nuances across Mainland Europe.
